- Return Shipping and Shipping Reimbursement: Upon receiving a damaged or defective item, Please ensure that the item is securely sent back to our official business address mentioned below, after notifying us of the same. Once we receive the returned product at our official business address and confirm the damage or defect, we will reimburse you up to US$ 10 for the shipping cost incurred in returning the item. Domestic orders within India, are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of INR150 INR for orders less than INR 1500 is applicable. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the client.
